Jess Covi designs to make people feel — to spark connection, beauty, and ease through ideas that challenge how we see the world.

Brought up in Austria and shaped by Training and experiences across the World, she approaches design as both craft and language — one that can build bridges between culture, emotion, and innovation, and solve problems in unexpected ways.

Now HEADING the Interior Design AT MINI, her work moves fluidly between product Design and experiences, strategy and storytelling, heritage and what’s next.

What drives her is simple:

She brings together Spatial Design, color, material, geometry, and digital expression to shape spaces for people — spaces that invite connection, reflection, and possibility. Her work blends vision with craftsmanship to reveal new ways of living, creating, and collaborating —reminding us that design is how we make Yearning real — through what we build and how we live.
